Open water swimming will be held at Grikos bay. Swimmers will cover the distance of the 1 mile (1.6km) swimming route.

09:00-11:00 Receive racing kit for swimming from the registration desk, at Grikos bay

10:45 Warm-up with the team of the pilates instructor, Mandy Persaki                     

11:00 Start of 1 mile swimming route (1.6km)

SUNDAY 02/07 - Running

06:30-08:15 Receive racing kit for running, from the registration desk, at the Start/Finish point of the race, Skala
